Our Chardonnay is proudly produced from estate grown fruit. Harvested from our oldest block of 50 year old yielding vines. Fermented and matured in 10% new French oak and 90% in 5 year old hogshead casks. Pronounced pineapple juice, ripe time, sweet corn kernel, subtle oak and many other delicious aromas delight. So wonderful complex with mouth-watering acidity and a delicate clean finish. enjoy now with chicken schnitzel and garlic king prawns, creamy pasta or carefully cellar for a medium term.
