Harvested in the third week of March and fermented in a single open fermenter. After fermentation and pressing the wine was then racked into one and two year old French oak hogsheads for eight months maturation. Displaying ruby colours with lifted raspberry and vanillin aromas. These flavours continue on the palate and are supported by fine tannins. Enjoy with your favourite Spanish Tapas, Grilled Meats and Mexican foods just to name a few.
