This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%) has been produced from fruit grown at Rylstone in the Mudgee wine growing region of central New South Wales.
The excellent 2016 growing season in the region produced fruit displaying typical varietal and regional characteristics. This full bodied wine displays spice and red cherry fruit aromas. Subtle oak characters from 15 months oak maturation and fine tannins support these flavours giving the wine length and persistence. Enjoy now with your favourite red meats on the BBQ, rissoles with mash and gravy.
